Who else thinks the Law Lords live in a different world than the rest of us. By making it necessary for all witnesses to be seen will put many lives at risk, that's assuming anyone is brave enough to be a witness. I for one cannot understand where they are coming from, but then they are not the people their stupid actions will harm.
