I got a summons from the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate who is about three thousand kilometers (3000 km) far away to my home town (irrespective of a nuisance of a personal relationship matters ), how or what should be my stand without travel & expenditure - but wastage of time?. What is the citizenship right in this regard? (Consultant fee is Rs.10,000 plus and I can not bear it.).
