I was watching T.V. and this doctor took an oxygen tube, filled her dead patient with oxygen, and blew him up because she had performed heart surgery on him, and he died later from complications, and her career would be severely messed up from her patient dying because of the surgery (she had one other option, but the guy wanted the riskier one because it had better long term benefits). In the end, she didn't get in any trouble, because the guy was already dead. I was wondering if she would get in trouble in the real world for doing this, and if so, what would the possible punishment?
