Is there anywhere I can get EVERY SINGLE film made by Laurel and Hardy on DVD ?
I don't mean their solo films.
Even the 21 disc box set I've seen in various online stores have some of their films missing.
Remember I WANT THEM ALL !:D

No i dont think you can. There are about 10 feature films missing from the 21 DVD box set because they werent hal roach productions, think they went to MGM after Chump At Oxford but you can buy them seperatly but not all together in 1 big set. Think theres maybe a couple of other films again made by another company, might be the last 2 films they made or soemthing like that, Atoll K and the bullfighters (might be wrong), but everything upto about 1940 is in the 21 DVD set apart from a couple of cameo appearances in other films.

I've just had another look at the 21 disc box set, and there are LOARAB of films missing :
Going Bye Bye
The Live Ghost
Oliver The Eighth
Towed In A Hole
Below Zero
etc etc

What '21 disc set' are you looking at? I have the entire collection of their films and I can safely say that the films you've mentioned above are in that collection. All their films they've made during the Hal Roach era are in that set. The set cost me

This box set deffo contains the shorts you're referring to. Play.com just haven't provided a comprehensive list of all the movies included. 'Below Zero' and 'Oliver the Eighth' are two of my absolute favourites and have watched these many a time.

Back in the day when I had more money than sense, I lugged this set home from HMV Oxford Street, for

Although Babes In Toyland is produced by Hal Roach , along with Bonnie Scotland it fell into the public domain in the US resulting in legal bootleg copies of the film on video and dvd over the years , even in the UK where the PD laws do not apply.

A couple of years ago Legend Films acquired the film for colorisation and restoration and released both color and B&W versions on a lovely R1 dvd including Xmas bonus features.

MGM have since re-released the restored B&W version.

It goes under its alternate title March of the Wooden Soldiers.

Universal do not own the rights and the boxset has all the best stuff , most of whats missing is inferior anyway

There is only one 21 disc box set they made, so yes we do have the same silver and white box.

Yes, the 'related shorts' will contain the missing films you're quoted above. Every film they've made in association with the Hal Roach studios is contained in the box.
