lately my car wont start up the first key turn?

i have a 1990 buick electra and on the first key turn it wont start. engine n starter turn but wont start til the second try i replaced battery this week flushed fuel system and coolant system new fuel pump last year so i'm stumped on it could be.could it be my timing is to far advanced cuz when it does finally start it starts off at about15-20 rpms please help
