late 70s 350 chevy to TBI?

have a late 70s 350 out off older truck but powerfull motor want to put it in 95 chevy can I just get an adapter plate for the throttle body or is there a intake I can get instead. Dont want to change heads. And also can I just swap out distribtor shafts?
