Sweet Catastrophe

Okay so me and my best friend had a whole Disney trip planned 6 months ago then 2 months ago another friend wanted to go and it was a pain to get another seat for dinner in 2 months ago now TWO DAYS ago, another friend booked her flight to come without even telling us first! We are happy she can go but not this last minute! We need to fit her in somehow because WE need to eat and we are not canceling because that's not fair to us! So how can we squeeze her in when all the places are probably overbooked, especially the castle! The lady said 2 months ago to just say they messed up (she couldn't get us a time at one place so she gave us her name and said for us to tell the people who messed up she was incredibly nice) but we can't do that for 4 days! Our trip is on Wednesday!
