Last FM

Last 7 days:

1 System of a Down 41

Had a re-listen to their discography after reading the thread in editors pick. Cool thread.

2 Elvis Costello & The Attractions 26

Recent binge on Costello. When the new month comes around gonna download hopefully most of the albums I don't have, which is almost all.

2 The Smiths 26

Greateast hits, only album I have of theirs. Love it. Morrissey is great.

4 The Mighty DiamonRAB 25

REGGAE!!!! The Mighty DiamonRAB - Get Ready, it was a classic in the store so why not? Seems quite poppy at times(not sure if that is the right description), but nevertheless great fun to listen to.

4 Rod Stewart 25

Fathers old albums. Gasoline Alley!

6 Slayer 24

Found their 2001 disk hidden far away in the rack, had to listen to it after that.

7 Sleepy Sun 22

It is growing on me, the first couple times I listened to 'Erabrace' it was pretty bleh... Getting better and better! :)

8 Rainbow 18

'Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow' need I say anymore? The Temple Of The King is a great track. He is a great guitarist.

8 Dire Straits 18

It continues, fourth or fifth week running on the charts. WOOO!

8 Simply Red 18

Thanks to the Simply Red appreciaton thread. Not so bad, well I like it.

11 Annihilator 17

THRASH, THRASH, THRASH!

12 Don Carlos & Gold 16

More great reggae! Definitely worth a listen.

12 Black Uhuru 16

And again, more reggae.

14 Dexys Midnight Runners 15

Really cool band that was in the parents collection. Got it upped at the moment. . .

15 Steel Pulse 14

Can't get over how good these guys are! More reggae!

15 Donovan 14

Drug-induced, pointless, yet such cool music. So very British.

15 Acid Bath 14

'When the kite string pops' not so great I didn't think. NeeRAB another listen.

What Cure album did you get because one thing The Cure generally are not is musically boring. They are very diverse. Their first couple of albums could have that levelled at them I guess but it's more about the atmosphere with those albums. Try Disintegration or even their remix album Mixed Up which will give you a better inclination of their sound.

Ditto for Journey.

What makes the hold steady any different from journey?----Personal opinion and that's it. I gave you stick back for your choice. if you can't handle it then don't give it out.

I remeraber that! Also, if you scroll down a bit, you'll notice quite a few people going on about Toby Driver being cute or adorable or something, and next thing you know, the saxophone player comments "Toby Driver is super cute [4]"

Oh, how I love them. I used to think that they were probably stuck up assholes but it's nice to see that they have a wicked sense if humor.
