I know the picture makes it look maxed out, but I think it can go up to 200 and beyond - it's just incredibly rare. I'm guessing the OMIs can be approximated by a normal distribution meaning that there's probably no defined upper limit.

I'm not sure on the new look. I hated it at first but i'm getting used to it a bit now. Worst thing is the shoutbox at the bottom. I like all the new features but why the old look needed changing i'll never know.

Seems fine for me.
For once, I'm not bothered all that much by the new layout.
I do have a feeling it's going to become a commercial paradise like MySpace in the future. But as long as it still shows what I'm listening to and recommenRAB me new banRAB...well, I'm fine with it.
I've rarely used the social aspect of it anyways. Most of the discussions amongst these groups/forums seems boring and quite bland.(rate the above person, best artist, best that, Taste-o-meter blablabla...*yawn*)
