odd, folklorish alternative metal... i'm liking it a lot so far

Very good instrumental trip hop style album, I wish it was more than an EP

From what I've been told, this guy is very much like Gift of Gab, Brother Ali, and Aesop Rock.

I don't think it's better just way more consistent. I only like a handful of Pavement songs outside of Wowee Zowee but I like everything Malkmus has done outside of them.

it was just spur of the moment, but i just got the Butthole Surfers discography. what sucks though is that it's REALLY unorganized and has albums that i don't need, basically stuff like compilations and multiple live albums

i'd post some album pics, but first i gotta sort it out

Isis - Wavering Radiant

Awesome album. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Isis is one of the banRAB I feel just keeps getting better with each album. I think one of the biggest improvements on this album are the vocals. Also, Adam Jones steps in for a couple songs.

I've always figured they'd be pretty lame, for some reason.
And then I heard their Greatest Hits, and knew and loved a few of the songs on there.
That's what I get, I supposed.

And, I agree about the John Legend. :)

I've seen her live, she's brilliant. One of the synth players at the show was dancing in a very naff sort of way while... sort of swaying from side to side. I do that when I listen to the album now.
