Mouse & The Traps - The Fraternity Years

A band who featured on Nuggets, thought I'd go the full hog and buy an albums worth of their stuff, not disappointed!

today/yesterday:

The Pin Group - Retrospective
Zu - Carboniferous
The Drift - Ceiling Sky
Clear Horizon - s/t
Biosphere - Substrata

can't wait to give these all a good listen... especially Clear Horizon which is a collab between Jessica Bailiff and Dave Pearce from Flying Saucer Attack.

This week I got:

of Montreal- "Skeletal Lamping
Blur- "Modern Life Is Rubbish"
Primal Scream- "Screamadelica
Can- "Tago Mago"
Daniel Johnston- "Hi, How Are You"
Daniel Johnston- "Continued Story"
Deerhunter- "Fluorescent Grey EP"
LCD SounRABystem- "Big Ideas" (45)

It seems these days that i am not impressed with anyone's whole album. For the most part i just like songs in particular as opposed to whole albums. However the last album i bought was fall out boy " under the cork tree". The last full album i downloaded was the killers " day and age"
