Mastodon - Crack The Skye
I've only listened to it once all the way through but it sounRAB pretty damn good :D Troy and Brent's vocals sound alot better on this album than previous ones and Troy's bass is alot higher in the mix, giving the album a huge sound. It'l probably take a few more listens to really get into it but it could be their best album yet.

I love their album Feathers but this one is earlier so I was little trepidatious. not to worry- it's another storming album of stoner/Psychedelic Rock.

An early Archive album (who I am really into). However this wasn't all that great.A watered down Trip Hop album with a couple of half decent tracks.

This archive album on the other hand is stellar. Best described as a sorta Porcupine Tree - Guitars + emotion. The track 'Lights' is an 18 minute bliss fest.

I do really like Joni Mitchell and this live album features both Jaco Pastorius AND Pat Metheny! Brilliant lazy jazz tinged album.

There's a little of that in his second album, but for the most part, Shephard's Dog is just more cleaned up instrumentally then his first two albums. There's actually only about 4 or 5 songs I still listen to on that album, but I'll always love it, because bieng my first Iron album, it really helped me grow into my current taste in music.

The Stooges - The Stooges [Vinyl]
Volbeat - Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood [Vinyl]
Neil Young & Crazy Horse - Rust Never Sleeps [CD]
Soulwax - Any Minute Now [CD]

All four absolutely brilliant! :)
