Girlfriend pre-ordered it.

Don't gotta worry about wasting bandwidth anymore so I splurged

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club - Baby 81
Joe ****er - With a Little Help From my FrienRAB
Modest Mouse - Good News for People Who Love Bad News
Radiohead - In Rainbows & OK Computer
The Dandy Warhols - Welcome to the Monkey House & Odditorium or WarlorRAB of Mars

Sure thing!
I thought the second one was lacking a bit although my description might sound interesting :p:. Who knows anyways...you might end up liking it more.

Anyways, here's another one I bought an hour back -

Iration Steppas - Dubz From De Higher Regionz

Some of the most bass heavy dub I've ever heard! Might send shock waves across your head or room depending on what you use. No kidding! Is that a good or a bad thing, I'm not really sure :p:.

And here's today's auction haul:

Primus - Sailing the Seas of Cheese ($2.50)
Porno for Pyros - Good God's Urge ($6)
Phish - A Picture of Nectar ($2)

I haven't actually heard Porno for Pyros before, but I've been meaning to listen to it. Given the reviews and the fact it has Navarro, Flea and Mike Watt on it, it's probably going to be good.

sure man, thanks

oh and i forgot about these two

Tribe+-+Low+End+Theory.jpg

-got it after reading Satchmo's review of it, love the jazzy vibe

clash+deb.jpg

(A+ album in my opinion)
my favorite tracks are as follows: sex on fire, use somebody, be somebody, closer, revelry

Fucking sweet. This came out in 1999, it's the original crew of producer extraordinaire (anybody who doesn't own Madvillainy, hip-hop head or not, get on that sh*t) and MC (as Quasimoto) Madlib and it's just... pure head-nodding funkiness without being outdated/old skool (whatever your bag is). Sort your life out and cop this. If you don't, you hate music and therefore don't belong here. BAN YOURSELF

1997. Morrissey is apparently a racist. He did a song I haven't heard with Bengali in the title which is supposed to be nasty about Indian people. Cornershop are, as the name would suggest if you are British, Indian-British.
This album and this band have been totally blotted out by the huge success of Fatboy Slim's remix of the hit 'Brimful of Asha'.

But sweep all that aside and uncover an album that seamlessly fuses Eastern modes/raga, 90's indie and electronic/dance music AND manages not to sound contrived/a f*cking mess you have an album worth checking out. Peppered with insane instrumentals that at times straddle trip-hip-hop and even country (don't run away!) and indecipherable/profound lyrics addressing nonsense/racial cliche this is also an album I just know I would enjoy with a spliff, if I still smoked. I don't think that makes any difference I was just running out of things to say now but I don't want to stop. Okay I'm stopping..... now.

This one is a little later on around '90 I think but I will send you a link that I'm in the middle of that is a compilation and would be a good starter.
