A few things I've gotten in the last few days-

Trist - Hin-Fort (2007)

An interesting arabient album with some black metal touches here and there that sounRAB, despite its relatively calm nature, very, very malicious. Hence, I can say with certainty that if you've ever wanted to hear what Tangerine Dream would sound like if they had died and crawled back up from the grave, then this is the place to find out. A welcome addition to everyone's collection.

Pain of Salvation - Scarsick (2007)

A difficult work to categorize; in general, this is high-grade proggy metal crossed with everything from rap to disco, and the results are genuinely entertaining. Lots to like no matter how you dig your music.

The Abyssinians - Satta Massagana (1976)

Supposedly a cornerstone in roots-reggae, I thought it would be a good starting point to get into the genre, and I'm liking it so far.

Slightly spazzy deathcore. Damn good.

Post Rock mathy with hints of electronica.

Not to be confused with the Scottish Indie band with the same name. This is superb sort of atmospheric Hardcore is about the best description with even hints of shoegaze.

Awful cover but damn this is great groovy Hip Hop.

Common Market is pretty sick. Reppin' the Pacific Northwest! From what I understand, that album isn't officially released yet? I don't know though. Anyway, the producer Sabzi works with Common Market AND another hip-hop duo Blue Scholars. If you like what you've heard, check out Blue Scholars self-titled album... they have quite a few releases since then, but their self-titled is their best work. I'd safely call it one of my favorite hip-hop albums.

Haha, like every meraber I've considered doing one, so maybe one day. I should get a last.fm, it seems criminal of me to not have one on this site. But yea, I'm flattered that someone is interested. :)
