Last album you bought or downloaded

i just got three albums by Reverend Horton Heat, and i'm listening to all of them now

It's a sort of indie gypsy folk sort of music. Violin, two acoustic guitars, and an upright bass. Great harmonies between a boy and a girl. Pretty sweet stuff. You can check it out on itunes if you want.
 
I just bought: Amar - Outside.

I had to import it, and I've only heard three songs, but what I've heard from her has just captured me. (look online, you can't find her) The last I downloaded and listened to is: Emilie Simon - Vegetal. When I get 15 posts I'll post a review, It's absolutely Phenomenal!
 
Thanks for the updates Ashtray, I still have most of my old vinyl collection, however, many are worn out and compared to the CD's I bought to replace them they sound old and used up. I definitely got my moneys worth out of them though so no regrets. I will say though of all the genres transferred to CD, the ones that have the most noticeable improvement are the classical masterpieces, there are so many quiet passages that CD's play without pops, clicks, scratches, etc. that I have to give them the edge. However, The Wall on vinyl sounRAB better than the CD, it just has that analogue feel that is missing on many old recordings transferred to digital format, there are many others I'm sure, still I love my CD's and if you use a digital/analogue decoder then your CD's will sound much better.

The most recent cRAB I bought were: Doolittle by Pixies, Dirty by Sonic Youth, and Pork Soda by Primus. I bought them all at the same time. They're all really freakishly awesome cRAB, except that Doolittle is a bit too short for my tastes. Oh well, what is one to do about that?
 
If you've got some good recommendations, I'm all ears. :D

The Yellow Moon Band - Travels Into Several Remote Nations of the World (2009)

Pop-song length bursts of instrumental goodness that defy classification. Is it Indie-rock minus the whine? Progressive rock without the bloat & excess? Whatever it is, it's some dammmmn good shit.
