What is anyone's experience with laser removal of scar tissue around the nerve roots. I have a significant amount of this after 2 surgeries. The Doctors here in Toronto ( where this proceedure is not practiced ) frown upon it. They claim it is not evidenced-based practice. Is it just a money-grab for desperate people seeking relief or does it really work? The costs are enormous for such a minor proceedure-- something like 30 thousand per nerve root.

**REMOVED& REVISED***, There is a supplement one can take 3 times a day that has a better than 70% rate of getting rid of scar tissue offered by the Mayo Clinic. I have been thrilled with the results. That corabined with acupuncture has worked very well for me. My pain management doctor also did a Lysis of Adhesions which takes a very small catheter, Racz and breaks them up while putting in a steroid. It worked very well on me but he still warned me that every time they go in the back there is an increased chance of growing more adhesions. I hope this helps you.
