Las Vegas Top of the world romance lounge?

Hello... im really wanting to book to eat at the stratosphere tower.... however they only do it via phone... or do they? Im in the uk at the moment and im worried that if i leave it till im there that it will be too late to book! The romance lounge looks beautiful... Just wondering if anyone knows how or what i should do... x
