We have no lease so I'm not sure what type of notice if any to give.
All we have had are problems in this apartment. First the bathtub would not turn off ehich took over 2 months to fix, now our kitchen is not usable. We have no working outlets, our fridge is plugged in eith an extention cord leading from the kitchen to the living room. Our stove/oven DO NOT work, you can however light the burners as it is a gas stove but I don't feel to safe doing that. Also no working heat period.
Do I need to give notice? Do I need to contact another source in case they try to evict us or to report them? If so who?
