Lark Rise To Candleford Series 3

Yo, I'm still around!! Love the latest scenes. I've decided to re-watch series 2, whilst we wait for gossip on Series 4. Just got the Christmas episode over and done with, and now the appearance of Minnie - a breath of fresh air. Still struggling with Mr JD though, would much rather have Sir Timothy.:):)
 
I usually have the same problem; looking for technical mistakes, or trying to spot things that shouldn't be there, but Lark Rise is one of the few hours where I do let myself get lost in the programme.
 
Ahh,.. thank you.. I do often get asked about that. It's actually taken from a song from a rather well known group of the 80's (album track). I am an 80's girl.. :o
 
Thomas and wife in bed scaring each other bit was hilarious.

I'm sick of the mum and dad Timmins now though, they should butt out and let laura make her own mistakes, if indeed she is wrong about Daniel. I find a lot of the characters somewhat sanctimonious at the moment. Thomas excluded actually:)

it isnt a low whisper but it is in a whispering tone
the only reason i notice it is because your voice sounRAB so different then it does in any of your other work

the scene in episode 1 when you are trying to find out Daniel's purpose you come out of it for a second when dorcas gets a bit mad but then you bounce back in to it
 
I loved when Twister was looking for someone to stand up and say something. Along the lines of 'If you're not man enough to do it... I'll... find a man who is!'

Not liking that Nan has been completely wiped from the memory of the Lark Risers when Caroline Arless gets a mention, and she's been missing since the end of series 1!

It's a little uneven for me at the moment; but I'll certainly stay with it.

I need to rewatch series 2, too. The whole JD thing's kept me from doing so, but there's a lot of good stuff with Dorcas, other than that, that I want to see again. Just got my cousin and a friend in Texas hooked on the show--neither of them liked JD, either.
 
MY IDEA!

We start a brand new thread called The Lark Rise Club and each week instead of a new episode we all decide to watch the same episode by a certain day each week and discuss it there and we can also continue our chats!

A bit like a book club! I nominate that we watch episode 1 series 1 to start! What do you reckon?

We may notice things we missed first time round!
