My arms are clear and I have hardly ever gotten a pimple on one before. Earlier this week out of no where I got this rather large and very painful pimple on my upper arm. I let it run it's course and now it is flat and completely healed. Now there is just a reddish/dark spot where it used to be and is very noticible on my pale upper arm. How do I make it go away?
