Large indention in leg muscle

i discovered a lg angular dent in my right, shin muscle. its about 3 inches long, a good 1.5 inches wide and runs just off the front shin bone, on an angle, up around to my calf muscle. its a bit numb atm but not painfull.
i noticed it about a day ago. when i rub it, it feels kinda like its asleep.

it reminds me of a pressure dent you might get from leaning up against something.
my legs not swollen, nor is the site colored. i just have this wierd dent....

current meds; flexeril (prolly not spelled correctly, sy)
 
I know what you are describing but it may not be the same diagnosis that i have but i will explain.

Water Retention but their is a medical term name, i was prescribed lasix and sometimes potassium may need to be taken with the lasix, your doctor will determine this. this comes and goes all the time. Would be best if your doctor could see your leg and determine diagnosis and how to treat this in your situation.
