Large building that looks like a prison on Metropolitan Avenue--what is it?

If you're driving from Middle Village/Fresh Pond/Ridgewood in Queens towards Williamsburg in Brooklyn on Metropolitan Avenue, you'll see a large, new-looking building. It looks like a prison. It has a large parking lot surrounded by a high fence with wire. What the heck is it?
