laquer on car is peeling off in places.is there a cheap way of sorting it out without having car fully done. tip for filling in the places where its come off

My understanding is that each affected panel would need to be sanded back to the base coat, and then possibly a thin base coat applied before a subsequent layer of lacquer. Be aware that if the whole car needs done, you will be looking at a bill that is probably more than the car is worth.
