Well I just bought a laptop that came with Windows Vista home premium, but when I go into windows it asks me for a product key which I found on a sticker under the laptop, however it says this is invalid? I am not sure why, and I can't get hold of the company I bought it from... does anyone have any advice?
Thanks!

You must be confusing your MS office key with your Windows Vista OS key. I agree with the first poster above.

Your Windows Vista is already installed in your pc so it shouldn't ask you for the key anymore. However, your MS Office on the other hand is just a trial version installed in your desktop, so maybe that's the one asking you for a product code/ key.

If not, then best go back to the store you bought your laptop in and ask their technician to help you
