Language Change on the Nokia N95

Hey,

I recently received a nokia n95 from a relative in Hong Kong, the problem I have is that its all in Chinese and I dont know how to read it. I was wondering if someone could help guide me through it, as I need to be able to start using the phone immediately. If you need pictures and whatnot, please ask. Is it possible to just change the product code via a computer or maybe a hard reset?
 
Even if he uses an English manual how would he know what selection to choose if it's all in Chinese? It's not like the manual says "select the 3rd option counted from the top in the pop up menu". I am sure there are bilingual users of the S60 forum that have had or have a N95.
 
If someone can read chinese that would be great...or describe what im looking for exactly in the menu, there are 2 icons that look like they could be the "settings" option
 
if you got it from a relative in hk, isnt there someone who would be able to read it? try to look for anything that has these characters? 中文 most of the time it would say that and a few other characters indicating simp or trad, but english would say "english:
