I wish to add a clause in a tenancy agreement for some potential tenants on local housing allowance that asks them to agree to a rent review, this is nescessary because until passed to the landlord, the housing allowance is in the tenants name and they can refuse to agree to a rent review.
The amount of Local housing allowance can change from month to month, so if after 12 months, the LHA rate for my 3 bed house has increased, (providing the tenant agrees), i can claim the full increased rate.
I'm just not too sure how i should word this rent review clause, so any idea's would be really helpful,
