my landlord says she will walk out of both of the inspections if there are cameras and camcorders.
I know that my landlord is trying to steal my security deposit by not allowing me to use my camera or camcorder during these inspections. is this legal?

I also told her that I would take pictures of the areas she points to and not of her.
