inspection for move out legal? I live in california.
My landlord says shes banning cameras and camcorders for my preliminary inspection and final inspection. is this legal?
my landlord says she will walk out of both of the inspections if there are cameras and camcorders.
I know that my landlord is trying to steal my security deposit by not allowing me to use my camera or camcorder during these inspections. is this legal?
I also told her that I would take pictures of the areas she points to and not of her.
