Land of the Lost - Underrated

I watched this today and it confounded my expectations. I expected it to be shit as thats what i had heard but i found it really enjoyable. It was not laugh out loud hilarious but it was pleasantly amusing.

Recommend it shoould you have a family or want something light & easy to watch

Not underrated whatsoever, it's not the worst film, it's just silly rubbish for the majority of it.

I was very disappointed with it.

I have to admit I do struggle with the praise that is heaped upon Will Ferrell anyway, but it left me pretty cold. Even the usually reliable Danny McBride struggled with a poor and unfunny script.

It did have some great production design, and some rather surreal sequences...but it all seemed rather wasted because it just was not funny.

Besides...the original tv series is somewhat unknown here in the UK, so the recognition factor was just not there.

Now a H R Pufnstuf movie...that's what we want...I think...
