she was pumped with metal and the dam blew up so theres little chance unless the metal protected her.

Nope she is dead. Although seeing as these are comic book movies bringing her back could be possible but she is not included in the cast of X-Men 3.

irfan2088 is correct. Kelly Hu had a two movie contract, as did Ray Park, Tyler Mane and Alan Cumming, but like them, it was not taken up for X3. Deathstrike is very dead indeed.

Kelly Hu could possibly come back, but as Mystique in Lady Deathstrike form. They did that with Senetor Kelly who died in the first one.

She is definately dead though. The adamantium filled her body and solidified, making her statue-like. Sad really because she was a victim and not a villain.
