could wear whatever you wanted? If I opened my own business, I would make the dress code relaxed so women could wear whatever they wanted, including their swimsuits!

This would be perfect for summer because I would have fun seeing ladies working in just their bathing suits with their butts hanging out! It would sure make going to work fun.
 
Your idea is great but consider the type of dresses you are selling and the location of your business establishment.

Afterwards, everything is up to you..

I thought this looked familiar. A while back it was swimsuits at school. Like I said before, you will not be so happy when a super plus sized Lucy comes a calling in her 2 piece. Then you will be scrambling to change the dress code policy.

Nice idea for you in theory, but too many flaws I am afraid.
 
what kind of business is this? Id hate it. I think it would create problems, girls are bitchy. It will create conflict and jealousy. It is stupid and immature but believe me when I say it will happen.
 
Yeah, it'd be great until Roberta, the 52 year old, 300 pound "lady" with a mustache and sideburns who showers twice a month decides to partake in the lax dress code.
