Ladies what do you think of guys at the gym?

Are you receptive to a guy talking to you at the gym, or do is it just distracting? Or is just that none of the guys there are attractive, too meatheadish and always looking at themselves in the mirror..?

I'd love to meet a girl that exercises and stays fit, but they don't seem very approachable at the gym
