Ladies... ...it's the age old orgasm debate?

Me and my girlfriend got in a debate the other night. She said that women fake orgasms all the time... While I don't doubt that women do fake them she was claiming that based on her own experience and her girlfriends experience that they are faking around 3/4 (or most) of the time. While no ratio was ever put out there she was implying around that much. I don't agree with this at all but maybe I'm not that impartial... ...Women do you agree or disagree with her estimate?
 
Well I have no idea, because I am not sexually active at all. But I know that most women can only achieve an orgasm through the clitoris. So if you're only having penetrative sex, and the woman is supposedly having orgasms every time....then of course she is faking.
