Well I've had both. And they dont feel very different. But for the guy it feels different (according to the men I asked) see the foreskin covers the penis when its not erect all the time, with a circumsiced, the penis is exposed all the time so it rubs on their pants or boxers as soon it losses some sensation. While the uncircumsiced penis had a ugh... "shield" from all that. So when the uncircumsiced penis is erect the penis is much more sensetive because it hasent been desensitized. Sorry, I've explained this to so many people, but never typed it out. Hope it makes sense.
