Ladies, is a good sense of humor the most important thing you look for in a man?

Take for instance, an adult guy looked alright (i don't know, maybe a 7 out of 10 for looks) and had a good sense of humor. Would that be better than a serious type of guy who looks great (probably a 9 out of 10 for looks)? I'm just curious. Is humor the most important trait?
