you take it ? Or would you say no. Ah come on. He was just being friendly. Whatever happened to common courtesy. Chivalry is not dead if
you dont want it to be. Perhaps he was only trying to make your
day even brighter. It does not mean that he is a lunatic, or a stalker,
or a psycopath. It just means that he is very respectful, and was
doing a good deed. Now. Would you take the freaking rose...............
? Wow you are such a racist.
It depends on the rose, and the color
of the man. What kind of a name is
? (weird person alert)
XOXOXOXO. You seem to be in love
with me today. I wonder was it the
breakfast in bed. Or was it the 4 page
letter. He, he, he......

I would take it and depending if and how I knew him.
Stranger: Thank him and grin like a weirdo =P
Friend: Thank him, give him an "aw" and a hug
Partner: Thank him and give him a passionate kiss
Ex (that I didn't really want to talk to): Thank him in a very cautious but 'stay the hell away from me' way. Like "uh.. thanks"
Ex (I was friends with ^ see Friend).

Awwww that's cute.....
It does depend on the color of the rose though and the relationship between the two people. I mean if he pissed her off and tried to give her a rose then yeah she won't take it. Or if he gave her a red rose and previously you two were friends and he recently asked her to take things to the next level and she said no, then no i wouldn't take it.
I advise you to look up the meaning of every color of different roses.....

But it is CUTE :D

Roses, lilacs, tiger lilies, daisies, these are all flowers that have been handed to me from being picked on the road or the side of the trail at some point. Yes, just to brighten my day, a sweet gesture. Of course I take them with delight. It truly is the thought that counts.

Yes of course.

Once when my ex husband and I were still dating, we were driving down a highway and there were these pretty wild flowers planted in the median. I commented on how pretty they were. When we were sitting at the light on the highway exit he jumped out of the car, snatched a handful of the flowers, jumped back in the car and handed them to me...with the dirt still attached to the bottom. That was the most romantic thing he ever did for me.

First I would look to see if there was a sign saying Don't pick the flowers. I wouldn't want to get a fine for holding a hot flower. :)

Why is the word rose in quotation marks? Do you mean we're not actually talking about a rose? Is this a metaphorical rose? With them, you're making it look like the rose doesn't actually exist. I'm so confuuused...

Anyway. Of course I'd take it. IT's polite andas I quite often do random gestures like that to brighten up peoples day, even strangers, I'd think it was really nice of them. It's a nice thought and a nice personal touch. ITtd mean a lot to me, whoever gave it to me. Apart from my stalker of course.... :P
