Ladies, are girls really as nurturing and emotional as they say they are?

Cuz i hear of more and more girls ignoring their bf's when their bf's feel down for whatever reason. I hear they always say "Man up and deal with your problems." My last gf was like this too. Makes me wonder
 
Well, my boyfriend gets out of a bad mood fast when he's with me. I don't like to see him down, so I try and make him feel better. (hugs, kisses, talking... w/e) It seems to work a lot.
 
Yeah, my boyfriend is so conspicuously nutritive that I find it seemingly impossible to vanish from his iris. Even when I go to release the liquids that build up inside my body over time, his cornea still has me in his field of view. I think I should seek a therapist to turn me straight.
 
no, not all women are like that. i myself am very selfless, caring, kind, appreciative, and nurturing. i am always the one to try to get guys to show more emotion. i put everyone first before myself because at the end of the day, i can say i made someone happy.
 
depends on the girl. most of the time, girls have a more soft side and are very vulnerable to feelings, thats why some of us tend to be emotionally supportive. but than there are the bitches...
but yes, it all depends on the girl IM ONE OF EM :D
 
meh, some girls are really bitchy, or they're going trough their own $h*t
i guess i get like that too if the guy is too being ignorant but I'll usually do my best to help it just gets me mad when the guy thinks it isn't good enough
 
it depends on the girl. It's impossible to stereotype all girls because none of us are alike. Thats like saying all guys are good at sports; you know as well as i do that, that is not true. Some girls can be very nurturing and of course a majority of us are emotional, but there are those kind of girls who won't give a crap about you as long as you pay attention to them they dont care about anything else. Really it depends.
