I am planning lacrosse this spring like I do every spring ..Varsity level for my school.
We run and run and run and run every practice.. does this effect my ability to gain muscle around my arms and chest?
Theres this girl who I really like and I want to look stronger but I thikn lacrosse might be just making me faster and loosing all my muscle or somethin... ?
