Labour Cost of Replacing A Set of Wheels on A Car?

I have already purchased a set of 4 wheels (tires and rims) and want to replace all the wheels that I currently have on my car.

I'm wondering how much a typical place would charge for just changing the wheels for me.

Would it be easier and more cost effective to purchase tools and do it myself?

Any suggestions?
