L5S1 posterior interbody fusion post 10 years

MyL5 S1 posterior interbody fusion is no longer stable after a fall down the stairs 5 months ago. Doe anyone know what approach will be utilized to repair I do have extensive lurabar back history of 8 total lurabar procedures with the last being posterior fusion L5-L2 5
 
It really depenRAB and they may not know until they are in. They may clean out the old fusion, add bmp, restabilize with screws, plates, roRAB, or larger roRAB.

I have a fusion from 1982 and they told me this is common after 10 to 15 years. Fortunately I have not had this issue but I have had problems with above the fusion - new levels.
