L2/L3 disk bulge

L2/L3 disc bulge casing narrowing of left exit foramen and impingining L2 nerve root.diffuse bulging of the disc casing moderate canal stenosis and narrowing of the left side exit foramen impinging left L4 nerve root at L4/L5 level.what id the treatments for that?please help to us .

The bulging at L2-L3 disk is impinging a nerve root. It looks like you have some spinal stenosis at L4-L5. Have you seen a orthropedic spine specialist? You need to see someone about these tests.What kind of pain are you in? Tell us alittle about what's going on. There is alot of knowledgeable people on this board that can shed more light than I can. I would not let this go on very long without seeing a professional. The longer you go with nerves being pinched the more likely you could have permanent nerve damage.
