Kyocera XT-C Security Code?

i was activating my xtc and didnt write down the new number so im locked out of it, and virgin mobile wont help me becasue i dont know the number and i need to reset the lock code but when i dial ##Virgin# or 111111 thats the only option it has is Reset Lock Code, and i need the security code for it what is the Security code its not 000000...
