S Samantha New member Mar 28, 2010 #1 I've had this Virgin Mobile phone since December. I charged it yesterday and it was fine, but today I tried to turn it on and it wouldnt go past the Hello page. I tried to take out the battery and put it back in, but it didnt help either. Any ideas?
