Kyocera Rio from cricket. How to upload pictures to facebook?

I just bought this kyocera rio- CRICKET phone. And would like to know if someone could explain how could i upload pictures to my facebook account, Thank you so much .

And if you know of other applications I could download to the phone please tell me :)

Go Here http://www.facebook.com/mobile on the bottom there will be a email address send your photos to that email address and it will upload to your facebook account
