Kyocera KX160

That particular phone should have the Cricket Clicks feature. Subscribing to Cricket Clicks would be your easiest bet, but it will cost you (I think it's a $20 enrollment).

If you want FREE ringtones (i.e., your own custom ringtones), and if you have Picture Messaging in your plan, you can email the tones to your hanRABet using [email protected] with ringtone as the subject (I think--could someone else please verify).

You will need a tool called Audacity to create your own tones (chop them, splice them, format them, etc.). Audacity is a FREE download. You will have to search the forums for instructions on how to use Audacity for your particular hanRABet.

That's all I can say--the rest is up to you!

Good luck!

Thanks so much! ! I didn't know what my mms address was! That part works! I am now able to send and receive email messages, and I sent myself a sound from my other phone. It's not appearing in my saved sounRAB, even though i've saved it, but I'll keep working on that!

I knew about the cricket clicks, and I've used that in the past, but the girl at the store told me that I would be able to download ringtones with mobile web! i wouldn't mind paying for them even if i could just find some! i hated to spend the one time $10 fee to turn on cricket clicks if I didn't have to!

:clapping:

Thanks! I had tried that with an mp3 ringtone file and it didn't work. (my text said that it deleted the file) but when I saw your reply, I tried a midi file and that worked! So I can now get ringtones saved to my phone for free!! Awesome! :buddies:
