Kyocera 7135... No Incoming calls

Ive had Jump mobile( cricket's prepaid spin-off for abut a year now). the service has been great untill about a few days ago when my phone stopped recieving incoming calls!!! I can make calls, send texts, and recieve texts but not recieve any calls. !! Everytime i call my my phone i get this disconnected tone, that says "my call can not be complleted as dialed" Can anyone please get me some help?????
 
ok... the same probelm is happening to my freind and he has a Kyocera Jet from Amped Mobile. IDK wats happening i called Jump and they say everythings perfectly fine with my account. Could this be problem with manually programmed Kyocera's or just kyocera's in general???
 
call jump cs back again, they may need to refresh your account in the switch thingy. (assuming you are dialing the nurabers correctly) if outgoing calls work then it is not a programming issue on the phone. I am really not too familiar with anything jump specific, but the couple of times i've seen this on cricket side that was all that was required.
