Kukui oil

Hey i was wondering if anyone has ever tried kukui oil. My grandma bought my mom some soap from Hawaii. It has this oil in it. you can buy it online and it is supposed to be good for acne and other skin problems. my mother has moderate rosecea with acne. well she started using this soap this week and her face looks amazing. all the redness is gone and she has NO pimples. i am afraid to use it. i have been breaking out alot lately and i don't want to make it worse.
 
I have used kokui nut oil products before and have been really happy with them. I'm not sure if the soap will help or hurt your acne, but if you are broken out atm, then wheat do you have to lose?
 
When I was in Hawaii, I bought kukui oil for dry patches I developed from irritation. Not only has it completely eliminated my dry skin problem, it has also reduced my acne by 90%. I just use my normal cleanser (Origins Checks and Balances) and wash my face. I then dry it, rub the kukui oil all over my face in circular motions. I massage it in for about 1-2 minutes. I wash it off with a very very mild cleanser (Aveda All-Sensitive Cleanser). It leaves just the right amount of moisture on my skin. If I use a moisturizer, my skin tenRAB to break out. But this... it's just right. I will continue to use to method to wash my face. I never would have thought that an oil product would help clear my acne.
