Kudos to T-mobile sales reps!

I stopped at the T-mobile kiosk at the mall over the weekend and was bringing back a car charger that didn't work. They replaced that of course with no problem. Then I did have a few questions for them about the service I have. The guy I talked to went way beyond what you'd expect. At one point he even called tech support himself to ask why my bb wouldn't switch to Cingular automatically. (Turns out the Cingular towers around here won't give T-mo a roaming agreement). He answered all my questions and then some. These guys at T-mo are great. Almost makes me want to switch my cell service over even though there's no coverage at the softball park that the hubby practically lives at during the summer. But like the rep said "If he's playing softball, he doesn't need to be talking on his phone!". There were 4 reps at the kiosk (most of them only have 1 and maybe 2 with long lines), so there was no problem getting help there either. They all seemed to be enjoying their jobs so much that it made you want to jump back there with them They also just have so much more personality than the reps at US Cellular where I have cell service. Do they give them all "happy pills" or something?

Just wanted to say thanks to all the reps...you're tops!

Thanks for posting that- there are alot of great service reps in TMO and other industries that go above and beyond.

Unfortunately they are overshadowed by the numbskulls, regardless its good to hear a story like this every now and again.

I called tech support and believe me there are great people behind the scenes as well. I second the tmobile kudos. That's why I've been with them for so long-back in the voicestream days- =)

Area51;298904']I've tried all carriers and i found T-mo to be my home for a long time. Even if they take long to bring out new devices, lol.

That is one of the many reasons T-Mobile is number one for customer service among ALL cellular companies five years in a row, according to JD Power and Associates, and the only cellular company in the top 25 companies according to BusinessWorld. I know that sounds like a brochure, but believe it or not, customer service has a lot to do with where a customer goes. I would rather have great customer service at a store that has some things than have bad or horrible customer service at a store that has everything. I work at a hospital, and it's like I have always believed, and preferred - I would rather have a doctor that has a great bedside manner, but may not know everything, than have a doctor that has a crappy bedside manner but knows everything. The reasons are simple - you can get along with your doctor, and if he/she doesn't know it, he/she is willing to find the answer and learn!! I have found the same goes for almost every T-Mobile rep I have dealt with. Just throwing my two cents in.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~thanks. That means a lot. If you remember the reps name. You can go to t-mobile.com/servicefirst and you can brag about him and your experience.
