Koodo Tab help please?

Hi there. I have the tab with Koodo and I cannot handle it anymore. They keep over charging me and refuse to do anything about it. On top of that, their customer service rep kept interrupting me, and wouldn't help me with the issue. My phone bill this month is exactly $100.00, and I have a $35.00 a month plan. The balance on my Koodo tab is -$120.00.
Please, someone help me find the quickest, cheapest way out of this.
I have no clue what to do.
