the skin on my neck is a bit darker than the skin on my face and the skin on my face is not very even all over so i heard of kojic acid. can someone please tell me the best one to get based on your experiences? what percentage of kojic acid should the cream have? and i also heard of papya soap? please fill me in on EVERYTHING! i don't know where to get it so a website would be perfect!! thank you so much!
